The ship computer originally aboard the Nashira, only her core remains intact after its crash landing on Earth. After laying dormant for hundreds of years, her sensors detected the approach of the Abyss and sent out a magical pulse through Chalra City to awaken the reincarnated Nova Knights. Although some of her databanks survived the crash, much of the data has been scrambled and she cannot reliably access all of it until it’s been decoded. Nautis is known for having a rather unfortunate and combative personality and does not respect boundaries, frequently bombarding the Nova Knights with messages via their cell phones, virtual pet, or any other electronic device they have on them. Sorry, she is a black box system and her behavior cannot be modified ^_^

MAOMAO KAN
An 11th year student at Everwave Academy. Unlike most of the student body, she doesn’t come from a wealthy family — in fact, rumor has it that she can’t even afford the uniform and comes to class in street clothes! Antisocial and eccentric, Maomao displays little interest in her fellow classmates, preferring instead to dig her hands into the school garden. What’s she planting in there now? Don’t worry about it! In her free time, she works at her father’s pharmacy across the street from Lucky Stars.

Everwave Academy’s beauty-obsessed new art teacher. His aloof demeanor and critical attitude have made him a polarizing figure among the student body and faculty like. He seems to have a high standard for art despite his predilection for gluing seashells to everything.

THE ABYSS
A malevolent entity that feeds on despair and manifests as a twisted reflection of reality as seen by its beholder. Its origins are unknown, but its hunger seems endless, as it consumes worlds whole and leaves only barren emptiness behind. Eons ago, it was sealed away by the previous incarnations of the Nova Knights, but it seems to have been released somehow. However, the Abyss needs agents to enact its will. These agents, whose arrival presages the descent of the Abyss, are known as the Harbingers.

THE HARBINGERS
A trio of disgraced royalty from the planet Lalixy. After being chased away from their own home world by a civil revolt, they have come to Earth to subjugate its people under their rule as their new home. Little of them is known to the Nova Knights as they only work from the shadows, but they wield powerful magic. Their base of operations is the Dark Ocean, a cloaked starship in Earth’s orbit.
